Purchase terms

Convenient Ordering

Orders for new dealers require completed dealer and credit application,a blanket certificate of resale, a copy of your current resale certificate and drivers license for acceptance of company check.

Shipping/Freight Policy
All orders for in stock product received by 2:00 p.m. EST will ship the same day. Our standard method for shipping is UPS ground service with a standard shipping and handling charge.

UPS next day and second day air is available at an additional charge. Shipments are FOB our warehouse in Lutz, Florida.

Payment
Accepted methods of payment are cashier¹s check, money order, cash, company check, VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Transamerica floor plan. Special order items may require and advance deposit.

Freight Damage
If you receive a product damaged in transit follow these instructions.
Truck Shipments
Shipments received via truck or air carrier must be accepted with all damage clearly noted on the bill of lading. You must then place a claim with the carrier. Damage claims are the responsibility of the consigned.
UPS Shipments received damaged via UPS should be noted with the carrier then refused for return to PGW for processing and replacement.

Shipping Discrepancies
We make every effort to process and ship your order correctly. We require that PGW be notified with two (2) business days via telephone or fax of any discrepancies.

Refused Orders
Customers will be responsible for a 15% restocking fee for all refused orders plus all freight charges.

Returned Shipments
Any products being returned for, credit, or exchange require a Return Authorization number from PGW.
Any products returned without the proper RA number will be refused.

Defective products being returned for credit or exchange must be in the original factory carton with all original packing materials and manuals. Any missing materials are subject to a surcharge and will delay processing. A copy of the original Perpetual Marketing invoice must accompany all returns.

Returns must be shipped freight prepaid. Products returned freight collect will be refused.

Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. Product descriptions may not include all options for every item, for complete information consult manufacturers product literature. Territory and Authorized Dealer restrictions apply. Manufactures Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) are only the suggested price. Refer to individual manufacturers dealer agreements for Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policies.
